Extend Server 2003 Primary Partition

Windows Server 2003 built-in Diskpart commonly only allows you to extend data volume which is NTFS file system. If you want to extend primary partition or system partition by running Diskpart command, Windows will pop up message like "The volume you have selected may not be extended. Please select another volume and try again" or "Diskpart failed to extend the volume. Please make sure the volume is valid for extending". If you receive such kind of or message when trying to extend primary partition on Windows Server 2003, it means that you need to look for another way to get primary partition extended.
